Detox Journal – Days 4, 5 & 6- I’m improving!!!

The things I wanted to have happen are taking place!

  • My focus is better.
  • I barely crave my bad food.
  • I’m loosing weight.
  • My energy is positive and longer.
  • I’m still a bit achey.. but then I am detoxing
