December Health and Wellness Ahwatukee Class

Healthy & Wellness Class returns December 12th, 2009 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Ahwatukee Ironwood Library.
Every month a “Health & Wellness” education class hosts two local experts who explain how various beneficial choices can make a positive difference in our lives. Topics range from mental clarity, weight loss, pain release, dental care, exercise, etc…
This month the 90-minute class will include two health care speakers who will narrow their health topics on the body’s wonderful mouth.
Dr. Walter Rapacz, D.D.S,F.A.G.D will explain and show attendees the newest dental implant possibilities for people of all ages. Tooth loss occurs for the young, the athlete, in midlife or later adulthood. Dental implants have come along way in benefiting those issues. Learn more about this very current topic and other dental trends from this leading Ahwatukee dentist.
Dr. Betsy Yurgel, RN, NMD from the Phoenix Holistic Center will discuss and examine attendees mouths and tongues. She’ll provide a fascinating look into tongue analysis with case study reports. Dr. Yurgel’s whole mind and body healing philosophy will also be explained.
Every month the class also explores a group discussion relating to whole food nutrition.

The class is from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 12th in the Ironwood Library located at 4333 E. Chandler Boulevard, Phoenix, 85048.
There is no cost. A RSVP is appreciated due to limited seating.
